Esi Kou Dagadu is an accomplished HR professional and the founder of Global TalentLink, bringing over 12 years of experience in HR management, recruitment, and organizational development across leading INGOs, UN agencies, and mission-driven institutions in Liberia. Esi Kou Dagadu is an accomplished HR professional and the founder of Global TalentLink, bringing over 12 years of experience in HR management, recruitment, and organizational development across leading INGOs, UN agencies, and mission-driven institutions in Liberia.

Throughout her career, she has helped organizations strengthen their teams, improve HR systems, and align people practices with national labor laws and global standards. She is known for her people-first leadership style, her ability to solve complex HR challenges, and her commitment to elevating the employee experience.

Esi holds an MBA in Human Resources and has led major initiatives in talent acquisition, performance management, HR policy development, payroll oversight, and staff training. Her work reflects her passion for empowering employers and job seekers to reach their full potential.
