Today marks the beginning of Women’s History Month. We celebrate the strength, leadership, creativity, and impact of women everywhere.

Being a woman in leadership, in rooms where you are stretching, facilitating, speaking, building is quiet courage. It is fighting imposter syndrome before you walk into the room and Sometimes it is choosing to step forward even when your voice shakes. I have been thinking about how many women I have learned from over the years. Mentors. Friends. Women who lead teams. Women who build businesses. Women who serve. Women who simply refuse to shrink. Women who decided they would not just be present but impactful. This month, I want to celebrate the everyday becoming woman. The woman figuring it out. The woman stretching in her strength zone.
